Keirnan talks of his meeting with former North Side [Columbus Park] precinct captain Johnnie Cozzi. Cozzi devulged that Gene Paul Bradshaw, Republican candidate for Missouri governor, visited the Jungle Club at 313 East 10th Street where he spoke with Bully Rich, an "Italian hoodlum", who pledged his support for Bradshaw.
